read about that in a older thread that some miner guy had his orca targetet to prevent.. i tested it witzh my buddy and he was able to board the orca, so not sure about this
but pff, what can get wrong.
maybe 20 goonys suddenly warp in and crash jita because of the multi concord spawn?

nice, now psychological tactics, too :P
so.. basically we "just" need some alts or whatever with leftover secrating ecm burst or ecm and a guy who can fly raven and its easy
quick. its only 3 ppl atm.. scorpion should do it :)
you got 1 try, doubt you get more than 1 jam cycle out (unless you cloak,decloak and use ecm burst)
i hope i dont give too many useful tips now, this coudl actually work.. duh
start frapsing :>

7 seconds before downtime a lot of pods (or cheap ships/shuttles) go towards the cnr :P
